We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, errors on our part, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days so we can assess the issue and take appropriate action to make it right.
Custom Product Return Policy
Please note that due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on custom-made items unless there is a mistake on our end.
If we made an error in the artwork provided by you, we will replace the item with the correct one. To initiate a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and provide us with the necessary details.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Is it possible for me to modify the shipping address I provided by mistake?
If you encounter this situation, please send us an email immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to assist you. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
Please note that if an incomplete or incorrect shipping address was provided, we cannot be held responsible. Our system automatically processes orders based on the information you provide.
Is it possible to cancel my order after it has been placed?
We can cancel your order and issue a full refund before it enters the production process. However, once it has entered the production process or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
